was my main goal this moring. Boy, did I feel out of shape. Maybe it was because I thought it would be a good idea to start out with a 200 yard interval when the most I had swam up to this point was 100 at a time. I was hurting after that. Still got in 850 yards but it felt like 10,000. Didn't have that warm and fuzzy feeling that I accomplished much this morning.
Gotta look over my training schedule and see if I need to make some changes. I think when I run at night, and then the next day has me swimming at 5 am, my body is not in the best of moods. I guess that means my lazy tail will be getting up at 5am most of the week now.
Who's idea was this anyway?
