First of all, hope everyone had a Happy Easter! We have all been sick as dogs. In fact the whole family has got the crud. Our stomachs have decided to reject all food and liquids in a rather forceful manner if you know what I mean. So I didn't get any riding in this weekend and it will probably be a slow transition next week.
So I thought a quote for all our climbers out there that know the true meaning of suffering would be appropriate.
